Kingsoft's WPS Office Wins Two Stevie® Awards In 2014 International Business Awards(SM)

PALO ALTO, Calif., Aug. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- WPS Office, Kingsoft Office Software's popular cross-platform office suite, today announced that it has been honored with two Silver Stevie® Awards in the Business/Government and Utilities & Services app categories at this year's Annual International Business Awards.

The International Business Awards ("IBA") are the world's premier business awards program. All individuals and organizations worldwide – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small - are eligible to submit nominations. The 2014 IBAs received entries from more than 60 nations and territories.

"We are honored to be recognized by the International Business Awards along with so many other great products and services," said Mr. Ke Ge, CEO, Kingsoft Office Software. "This award is a testament to our team's commitment to provide our iOS and Android users worldwide with the world's best mobile office suite."

WPS Office allows users to view, edit, and share presentations, spreadsheets and other office documents on almost any mobile device or PC. Kingsoft's WPS Office for Android has over 260 million users and is currently the most popular and best reviewed office suite on Google Play.

Stevie Award winners were selected by more than 250 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process from May through early August.

"We congratulate all of the Stevie winners in this year's IBAs," said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards.  "The quality of entries we receive improves every year.  This year's judges were rewarded with the opportunity to review more than 3,500 stories of business achievement and innovation from around the world.  We look forward to celebrating the winners' achievements in Paris on 10 October."

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for "crowned," the awards will be presented to winners at a gala awards banquet at the Westin Paris – Vendôme Hotel in Paris, France on 10 October.
